Management

Our staff complement is made of people who motivated, quality and success driven. We employ people who show a desire to learn and serve people. We also employ people with the aim of imparting entrepreneurial, management, intrapersonal and technical skills.

We do this to empower people so that they grow our brand and they may also venture out and start their own businesses in future. A number of our former employees currently own their successful businesses through the skills, mentorship and support that Tough Construction continuolsy give to both current and former employees (who become our partners).
The senior Managemeny is led by:

• Mr. Z Swuhana: Managing Director
• Director: Administration and Operation in Limpopo.
• Director: Administration and Operations in Gauteng.
• The office staff and other field supervisors are mainly young females and males.
